  • We recommend securing your date with us as soon as you know you would like us to cater your event. Our calendar can book as far out as 12-18 months in advance.

  • Weddings start at $3,000 and all other (non-Saturday) events start at $1000.

    $5000 minimum for Saturday events during April-October .

  • Yes, we are happy to schedule a private tasting for all events, up to four people per tasting. Cost starts at $75/person, which is the cost to put on a tasting.

  • We require a signed contract and minimum $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your date on our calendar.

  • Our Admin Fee helps off-set the cost of labor and administration costs such as email and phone correspondence, dishwashing, packing for your event, sourcing ingredients, clean up, site visits, working with rental companies, etc., however it also includes the following:

    -Set-up of all food purchased through Society Cuisine, all serving platters, utensils, chaffing dishes and chaffing fuel.

    -Custom menu boards or buffet signage with descriptions for each selection.

    -Disposal of trash after dinner service into venue dumpster (upon request)

    -Please note that the Admin Fee is not gratuity and is subject to state and local tax

  • Gratuity is included under "Service Charge", however if you feel inclined to tip on top of that it is always appreciated.

  • Generally, we will staff one server for every 25-35 guests for a buffet, one server for every 15-20 guests for family style and one server for every 10-15 guests for plated. We do take into account your menu, event size and the duration, so this number may vary.

  • For casual events, modest, casual, weather appropriate attire with bistro black apron. For weddings and more formal events, black top and black pant with black bistro apron.

  • Stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres, family style, buffet, and plated.

  • This depends largely on the type of service you have chosen and how many guests you have. Other factors that affect how quickly your guests are served depend on whether or not your guests already know their menu selection and if you have someone (dj or coordinator) releasing tables.

  • While we cannot provide alcoholic beverages we do provide full bartending services with personal service and cocktails made to your specifications.

  • We do not provide rentals but we are happy to help make arrangements for anything you may need. There is a 25% charge for rental coordination and the client is responsible for all rental and labor costs incurred.

  • Chef Nick has been working in fine dining and farm to table cuisine since 2003. Using his travels around the world paired with your individual desires, we create the most memorable and personal meal for your event. As our guest you will receive the same level of service and attention as any fine dining restaurant. Each dish is made to order onsite fresh for your event.
